Hi, I’m Soniya Seby.

I come from an engineering background, one grounded in structure, systems, and accountability. That foundation taught me the importance of detail, discipline, and responsibility. But what’s shaped me the most is the ability to reflect, adapt, and think more broadly about how leadership actually works.

Through experience, mentorship opportunities, and a lot of critical thinking, I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t just about what you deliver; it’s about how you connect across people, purpose, and context.

I created From Engineer to Strategist to document and share that learning process. Not from a place of authority, but from a place of curiosity, clarity, and contribution.

I believe that leadership is a mindset, not a milestone. And this space is here to grow that mindset for me, and maybe for you, too.
